  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Sauté chopped onions in the same pot until soft; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and water, then stir in Alfredo sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil, add broken lasagna noodles and seasonings, stirring gently.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are al dente.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
  7. Top with dollops of ricotta cheese just before serving.
