  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease generously.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the canned pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir gently with a spatula until just combined.
