  • 2 cups baby spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls into a large rectangle on a clean surface and press seams together.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll it up tightly from the shortest side. Cut into 8 pieces.
  5. Place cut-side down in the baking dish and brush tops with beaten egg for color.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and serve warm.
