  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  2. Sear the seasoned chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
