  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin steak or chicken
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season the steak (or chicken) with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side; let rest before slicing.
  3. Season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning and cook in the same skillet until opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. In the skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream, cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Toss fettuccine with sauce; add parsley and mix well. Serve topped with sliced steak (or chicken) and shrimp.
