  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • Fresh spinach (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Season chicken thighs with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook in the skillet until browned on both sides. Remove and slice.
  4. Create the sauce by stirring in Dijon mustard and chicken broth; scrape up brown bits from the pan. Mix in softened cream cheese until melted.
  5. Return sliced chicken to the skillet; add sour cream and stir well.
