  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (torn, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
