  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper

Instructions
