  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 4 large black olives
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained whole tomatoes and minced garlic.
  2. Add olive oil, white apple vinegar, and dried oregano to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s hot and ready for baking.
  5. Place each flour tortilla on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush each tortilla lightly with olive oil.
  7. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each tortilla as the base.
  8. Layer with slices of Mozzarella cheese and one slice of Cheddar cheese per tortilla.
  9. Slice black olives into halves or quarters to create ‘spooky’ shapes (like eyes).
  10. Arrange black olive pieces on top of the cheese as decoration.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
