  • 24 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach; season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese repeatedly until ingredients are exhausted. Finish with marinara and mozzarella on top.
  5. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes for topping; place on the last layer with olive slices as eyes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden.
