  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted) for the streusel
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour for the streusel
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for the streusel
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for the honey glaze
  • ¼ cup honey for the honey glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently using a rubber spatula until just combined.
  5. Prepare streusel topping by mixing brown sugar, melted butter, flour, and cinnamon in a small bowl until crumbly.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle streusel on top.
