  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 5 oz kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red apple vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
