  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
  2. Mix in all-purpose flour, baking soda, spices, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut out pumpkin shapes. Freeze until firm.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-12 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
  5. Brush half of the cookies with browned butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar; spread melted chocolate on the plain half.
