  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla; mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients alternating with sour cream until just combined.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl for the swirl filling.
  7. Pour half of the batter in the Bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top, then add remaining batter and swirl mix.
