  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add chopped onion; cook until softened (3-4 minutes). Stir in minced garlic; cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back into the skillet; toss to coat.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top; cover until melted (2-3 minutes).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
