  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the seasoned chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and milk; heat through before adding mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
  6. Combine cooked linguine with the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve topped with seared chicken and garnish with parsley if desired.
