  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons canola oil

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
