  • 2 tbsp honey (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, honey, and eggs; whisk until blended. Stir in orange juice, zest, and grated ginger.
  4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
