  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and ginger; gradually combine with wet mixture.
