  • 6 tbsp brown sugar for streusel
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon for streusel
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter for streusel
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the streusel topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly; refrigerate.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, oils, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
