  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (for vegetarian version)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop onion, garlic, ginger, and cut beef into 1.5-inch cubes.
  2. In a slow cooker, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, red curry paste, curry powder, turmeric, paprika, chili flakes (if using), salt, pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce (if using), lime juice, coconut milk, and beef broth. Stir until combined.
