  • 200g steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme)
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F) and toss potato wedges with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak for about 3-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk or cream, salt, and pepper. Cook slowly over medium-low heat in a skillet until softly set. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Serve sliced steak alongside cheesy scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes.
