  • Coconut milk (for sauce)

  4. In the same skillet, sauté diced onion until translucent. Stir in red curry paste and garlic; cook for one minute.
  5. Add coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
