  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Red food coloring (a few drops)
  • For whipped cream: 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp fine granulated sugar
  • For sugar blood rim: ½ cup light corn syrup, ½ cup water, 1 cup fine granulated sugar, red gel food coloring

Instructions

  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, chopped white chocolate, and mini chocolate chips. Stir occasionally until melted and simmering; avoid boiling.
  3. Add drops of red food coloring for a spooky hue and pour into mugs topped generously with whipped cream.
