  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz package of cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces in Cajun seasoning until coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then set aside.
